He's big on protecting native plants in their habitats, and having them reclaim areas where they previously existed. His social media activity is apparently funding his work. Also, down near Clanton, there's a nursery, Petals of the Past, that sells native ornamentals. Not related to this guy but thought I'd toss it in, too.
