Nothing about all of this makes sense to me. With your example, I can only guess... maybe the way the law is written? Insubordination = Failure to comply with order?

I think a lot of people say dumb things....(I remember a few NS was criticized for) .... but she was defending her University.... i was one (only one...) that wanted Bama to hire her as mens BBall coach... she's awesome!!! Baylor administrators and athletic department..not so much...

There are many ways to "defend your University" without appearing blind and stupid to the ongoing situation. Perhaps impromptu pep talks is not her forte. Anyone in a leadership role at Baylor should be walking on eggshells when they speak out loud to anyone about that school.

I've said it before and will say it again. If someone messes with my daughter like these scumbags, I have access to 400+ acres that joins the National Forest. I have access to some heavy machinery and I do know how to operate it. I will bury that person or persons and NO ONE will find them!!!
