Someone needs to tell TC to slow down a bit - just for my sake. I want to see Chapman play as well this upcoming season.

How much better can you be in 2009, and what can fans expect to see from you?

TC: They can plan to see me on third down. They were taking me out on third down and passing plays last year. That's one of the main reasons I worked so hard this offseason, getting in better shape, getting better at pass-rushing and sustaining it the whole game. Instead of playing on two downs, I want to play on three downs this year.

I think Cody is just excited at the shape he is in and wants to show that he has the stamina for three downs. I would like to see what he can do on passing downs myself. Hell any kind of pass rush to be honest. Maybe he will throw another center five yards in the backfield and open a hole for the LB's.

Either way, I would not want to face either Cody or Chapman this year.

Like everyone else has said thanks for the link, good read and really gets me fired up thinking about our defense next season, though Rashad Johnson will go down as one of my all time favorites.
