Already taken by Chris Redman and #88 is Tony Gonzalez. Also, I believe WR are only allowed numbers 10-19 and 80-89 - at least that used to be the rule, not sure if it still is.

That's also not a lock. Above the info on the Falcons store when you go to buy the jersey it says:

Jersey will ship 1-2 weeks after number is approved.
