🏈 Julio, Mark, etc

Had a chance to work with them over the weekend. Mark was a cool dude but Julio was by far the best so far. I took crap from him all day for being an Auburn fan. He asked my wife if there was a prenup about not letting me wear Auburn stuff. I introduced him to my mom, also a Bama fan, and he asked her who raised me.

I'll post the link to some pics from this weekend as soon as I finish them. Julio has been the most accommodating by far. He was fantastic with kids.

Haha! Good stuff, Duder. Gotta say I'm surprised to hear that Julio was so outgoing. Always seemed like he was the quiet, shy type. Though, all I've really seen of him in a social setting has been interviews and stuff. Sounds like ya'll had a good time, though!

We were told he was pretty introverted but he was polar opposite. His friend said something about it being a decade before we won the BCS again, Julio said a century. I asked for credit since it "only" took 53 before. His response: "you right, 98 years"

My wife told Ingram she'd married an Auburn fan he said "everyone makes mistakes". He told my mom he'd be get adopted child since he wasn't one of "them"

Hanks was a cool guy. I have. Rather different opinion of Maze that I won't air publicly. Barron is painfully shy

McElroy showed me the much maligned "hand gesture", he made a joke about bring glad he remembered it.

Just a few more random thoughts. Most of the guys were great to work with and all had a great time. I must endure one more Bama day before the Auburn people show. We're getting Cam, Bo and Pat Sullivan on 2/25. Finally!

I don't mind at all!

I'm a photographer and a couple of my friends either host the signings or are autograph dealers themselves. They need pics for marketing, proof of authenticity, etc. Mine is a family of Bama fans so I usually trade for a bit of money and a couple of signatures for my wife, mom, nephew, etc. which not many photographers are willing to do so I get pulled in often. A few of the signings we sell photo ops w/ the players which I take and print there.

I couldn't really tell if Dont'a was shy or just didn't like people. No talking, smiling, etc.

Upshaw is much more outgoing.

Ha, not a chance! My family has lobbied for years. Just using my contacts to give my family some unique opportunities. I probably have more fun because I'm an Auburn fan; the verbal sparring keeps it more entertaining.

That's awesome to hear man. Everything I have heard about Julio is that he is the real deal. Good to hear it yet again.

We had Cody today. He was super-shy at first but opened up before the end of the day. He's very nice, very soft-spoken. Roy Upchurch came also. He's made for events like these. He's a super nice guy but if he reminded me about "the drive" one more damn time! Hell, even TC picked on me about it!

I will have some details about something HUGE soon as well. I'll start a new thread as soon as I am able to give info
