Operating a vehicle impaired, not drunk, is a misdemeanor in Ohio. If this had been a felony per OSU policy, he would have had to serve a minimum of a two game suspension and enter a treatment program. This is just dumb driving on High St. near the campus drinking. The police run checks every week AND THEY ARE ANNOUNCED AHED OF TIME.

We've had guys get DUI's also. Every team has i guess. Can't remember how much suspension time our guys typically serve.

It funny that they are defending the lighter sentence to the letter of their own law. I also find it interesting that there is no severity in punishment for underage vs of age.
