He will be in demand..dont worry too much about him. He has proven that he can start a program from zero and build a solid foundation that is a skill that few posess. He just had a hard time recruiting the last couple of years and getting the same high level transfers that he got before. at a better school where he can hire better coaches he would be even better. His on the field coaching was great and led them to some big wins but I am sure he was ready for a different gig too.
I talked to one of their leaders from the last few years for a story I did on him at the beginning of the season. He was so negative about the USA coaches that my editor actually ended up cutting out a big chunk of the story because of just how negative he was. Joey Jones was one of the coaches he wasn't super negative on but he said that he was pretty much a figure head and had little to no interaction with players on a daily basis and he didn't expect him to be coaching there next year.
