The guy asking the question is T.J. Simers with the LA Times, he is asking Coach Mora if packed it in after the 1st quarter like a preseason game in the NFL. As you can imagine, Coach Jim Mora didn't like it and went after him a little, but Simers got another question in 4.5 mins into the presser.

Both programs, UCLA and USC, have pissed-off the LA Times this fall. The beat writer for USC hasn't gone to practices for most of the season.
