i loved watching him at my grandparent's house when i was little. my granddad always got a kick out of him and we'd site there and watch him any time he was on tv (which was a pretty good amount back then).

I have several of his LP comedy albums that were passed on to me by my father

One of my uncles ran out of gas outside of Yazoo City back in the middle '70's and Jerry stopped and picked him up and gave him a ride into town, bought him a gas can and gas and took him back to his vehicle. He also treated my uncle and his family to a meal in Yazoo City. One of those neat family stories that has been told and retold
