if i ran a company like espn where the basis of the entire thing was predicated on sports, i'd have it written into EVERYONE'S contract that if you start talking about politics or try to bring politics into your show or your message in any way, shape, or form....you're gone. PERIOD!
espn is (or at least they started out as) a sports entertainment tv station. they do sports. leave all that political bullshit to cnn, msnbc, fox, and all the other non-sports stations.
not that i do, but i wouldn't watch sports center to hear them talk about their politics or why they're for or against the President, or players kneeling, or what they think people should do due to someone's political affiliations. and, not that i watch them, i wouldn't watch cnn, msnbc, or fox for their take on sports.
espn used to be good. but when they sold out to the house of mouse, they lost so my credibility and i stopped watching.
