I'm against going quarters. Men's college basketball has and will always be unique in that. It isn't broken and it brings in $. No need to change.

Officiating in college basketball is the only thing that needs to be adjusted badly. Tennessee shouldn't have been allowed to play rugby all last season and getting away with it because of the narrative that it was "just lock down defense". Moving screens are a wide-based issue to (Alabama sometimes gets away with it) that almost never gets called. I don't know how you fix it, but it's a problem.

I agree @Bammerboy321, the officiating in basketball is horrendous! It is like watching a WWE wrestling event and it is so inconsistent from game to game.
