Ehhh I doubt that...very few college teams have beyond a 8-9 man rotation. The ruling is complete horseshite... although I think he may win the appeal.
.@CecilHurt had a nugget in today's article regarding the JQ appeal. Bama is requesting a teleconference appeal, typically done for more complex waiver scenarios. It allows JQ to speak directly to the Legislative Relief committee, but it also allows legal counsel for JQ and/or the institution to be involved, if desired. If the teleconference is granted, the committee is allowed a minimum of 48 hours to review documentation, although this is also flexible. Teleconference procedure is attached, if you're interested in those details.
By the end of the teleconference, a final decision will be made. Not out of the question to have a decision this week, depending on if/when a teleconference is granted.
To the comment about him being linked to the FBI probe I'll say this...he and his family were cleared of any wrong doing , that isn't relevant to his waiver other than it should validate him gaining eligibility
