| OT I've seen some crazy prop bets but this one takes the cake. Two states allowing prop bets on the color of the Gatorade bath for the Super Bowl.

Winning the Super Bowl is the goal of every NFL coach and entrance into this elite club of champions is celebrated with the Gatorade bath – a surprise baptism of icy, colored sports drink. Not only has this tradition become a staple of Super Bowl Sunday but betting on the Gatorade bath color is one of the most popular props available.

2021 Gatorade color odds
We don't even know the teams that will represent the AFC and NFC at Super Bowl 55 but we can already bet on the Gatorade color as odds were released during the week leading up to championship Sunday. Orange, the most popular color for the Gatorade shower over the past two decades, comes in as the betting favorite:

  • Orange +125
  • Yellow/Green +250
  • Purple +600
  • Blue +600
  • Clear/Water +700
  • Red/Pink +800

Not the craziest prop bet I’ve seen! For the Bills/Cowboys years ago, we had a big Super Bowl party and one of the prop bets was “the over/under on the height of one of the hosts!”😂 He was a short, heavyset guy with a good sense of humor!!

Is the difference here found in a "live" casino/book versus one that's off-shore? By what's in the article it seems there's only two states that are allowing this and as it says "first time."

The article doesn't link a book, just references the spreads. From where?

First time in those two states.

Here's one that references Draft Kings:

Teams usually have several containers with liquid for players. Plain water (not everyone wants Gatorade during the game) and then an option of player's choice (red, orange, green, etc.). Which one gets chosen for the dumping is random/closest.
