Slim Pickens in the ML for Bama ballers. Therein lies our baseball problems I guess. The Yankees had David Robertson last season and I thought he did a pretty good job but didn't get resigned. So who is actually the most famous MLB player from the University to have played? Magadan and Hobson are the only 2 I can remember. When you think of all the great Alabama state players in the HOF it's incredible. Somehow through segregation and the minor leagues being a real developmental league we have managed to miss on pretty much all of them.
