šŸˆ Is this Mizzou DT stupid?? "old-man football"

He's about to find out what old-man football is like in the SEC...

I honestly didn't care who won the Mizzou/Georgia game, but now I wouldn't mind seeing Mizzou go 0'fer against the SEC. I get being confident, but to make a comment like this is just outright ignorant from a football standpoint - much less a locker room material standpoint the rest of the season.

In the words of the late Jim Croce:

You don't tug on Superman's cape,
You don't spit into the wind.
You don't poke the mask of the old Lone Ranger
And you don't messa round with Slim.

it seems as though missouri players have a habit of talking smack. honestly, i really didn't expect that out of them. i like to see confidence, but they have yet to play any of our teams regularly so it is just strange and rather stupid to talk so much at this point.

they may be good... but chances are they're not.

i don't like uga, but i have a feeling they are going to give mizzou a spanking at the hands of Gurley and a couple of those other backs. if uga's offensive line can make holes in the first 20 minutes of the game against mizzou, it's over... warm up the mizzou bus.

and now we have TAMU putting up billboards in Gainesville (TAMU is saying its not them...)

apparently their idea of clean is different than the NCAA (see below)

Mizzu sure does seem to be running their mouths a lot considering they haven't played a single down in the SEC yet. I'm hearing a lot of trash talk from fans around here too. Mizzu should shut up until they've actually done something worth thumping their chests about.

The billboard notwithstanding, TAMU and their fans seem to be showing proper respect for their new conference.

Before you go poking too much fun at them and #34, take a look at one Jeffery Pagan on our roster. He too is a DL wearing #8.

So we have Sheldon, who has started a total of three games in his career, talking smack.

But, he's not alone.

Now, their punter is getting his thoughts in on the subject.

Its a big day for them, just like Texas A&M - so I get that the fans and teams are excited. Seems like coaches might tell them to be a bit smarter about their tweets - we all saw how Mark Dantonio addressed it in his presser after some tweets.

PackTheZou - with a whooping 71k people

minus how many thousand UGA fans who made the trip? They caught a break only having to allot 6K. I'd think they'll have at least 7500.

buzzkill much??? lol

ur right though. didn't even see that.

Someone should explain to the Mizzou ppl what happend with UGA & the Barn and how nasty that got.
I think fans almost turned a bus over once.

So i would not poke UGA with a sharp stick if i were the tigers. lol

I'm still shaking my head at the "marijuana laced brownies." :lance:

They're actually quite delish! if they're baked right you too will be baked.
I havnt touched the stuff in almost 20 yrs. can't deal with it.....
but i could put away some brownies...hmmmm choc/pecan brownies and milk sound so good @ 5 am. hmmmm
(no extra addatives of course. wonder how ticked she'll be if i wake her up now for brownies? damn it Terry now i'm hungry thanks)

I won't get into the last time I touched the stuff. I will say it took a few second just to get the stats so I could get it off my fingers...kush sticks.

Here's why I'm shaking my head.

OK, he ate some in brownies. Assuming that's the case, he would have had to eat those brownies within days of the test or the amount in his system would be so miniscule that he could have claimed "it was an accident" and it made sense. But, if not, it means habitual use. Drug test can easily show one hasn't been smoking in a few weeks and as high as his metabolism has to be unless it was that recent the chances of it showing up are just miniscule.

Personally, I read the brownie story and call it what I think it is: bullshit.
