šŸˆ Is Harvey Updyke Really Guilty of Killing Auburn’s Trees?

You know, another thing about this whole case with Harvey, as I'm not as well versed as I'm sure many of you are in the legal system, I assume this case will eventually go to trial, how hard will it be to find a non-biased jury for the case?? Finding a group of people in the state of Alabama who have no personal stake in either Alabama or Auburn to sit on the jury?? I would imagine that will be pretty difficult...

Not sure if this thread is more amusing than it is absurd...Most Bammers have Cecil and Cam already convicted.....and most barners say.....they are innocent till proven guilty.

Now all the barners have ole redneck Harv convicted......and most bammers saying....hes innocent till proven guilty...

You actually know Auburn people that argue for Cecil?

Not a chance. Unless he doesn't go to trial because he really was dumb enough to confess to a crime he didn't commit, it will have to be tried elsewhere in fairness to both sides.

If he really did lie (which just seems silly) I would have loved to see his face when the talk of federal involvement started. Trees aside, this could be very dangerous.

Most of the Aubies I talk with about the Cecil / Cam situation were all convinced in the beginning that he was innocent......and not guilty till proven guilty. I do know a few however that felt from the beginning Cecil and Cam both were neck deep in the whole thing....basically that there was no way in hell Cam was "in the dark" on what was going on. Now....I dont hear much from any of them about Cecil or Cam....but I do have a couple very good Aubie friends that are convinced dark days are in the future for the program and are very angry with the whole Newton thing.
