Climate change is not engineered, it is contrived.

I agree TideFan, it is contrived. But people in government, scientist and engineers have been working on ways to control weather since the mid 40's. They came up with HAARP and chem-trail spraying and God only knows what else. Officials also blame the California wild fires of the past couple of years on climate change. But there is much evidence and many people who believe the wild fires are caused by Directed Energy Weapons or (DEW) which utilize micro-wave energy beams. There are lots of videos on the tube where people talk about this and give some explanations as to why the government is doing this. Our government has been developing these weapons for many years and have for the most part have perfected them.
