Well, at least a mild strain anyway. We eluded to it earlier on the blog, saying that it was likely that Ingram was on the bike simply trying to stay loose or work something out. According to Saban's PC, Ingram has a "hammy injury" and may be out a week, maybe two. Don't read too much into that, as you probably already understand that a hammy tweak, no matter how minor, can end up being a chronic thing when not given rest.
Look for the staff to rest Ingram in an attempt to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Again,(this is just me speaking on what I hear and see) this seems relatively minor in the broad spectrum of things.
