Yes, but you missed the point. Bama is getting short changed in these games. They weren't paid enough for the neutral site game in Jacksonville either.

maybe in terms of cash - but I don't know how much Bama got. I guess we have to be ok with getting recruiting benefits and a SEC tv deal...somehow short changed doesn't come to mind.

I think we get a bit over a million for playing in Atlanta. Last season I remember reading that we would make more $ from playing at home. Still, the exposure for being in the premier game of the ist week end of the season, and as Planomateo said the recruiting benefits should easily make up for it.

I think Atlanta can offer less because it is a much more attractive venue. We'd want bigger bucks to go to DC or Dallas to play.
