Much of the southern US would be in that situation. Many of the larger Texas high schools have indoor practice facilities, so they'd be able to practice.

It's Massachusetts. They have needed another Tea Party up there for about 30 years.

Waaaaaaaaay back in the 1900's when I was in high school, I worked at the local K-mart. A family passing through (from Mass) were driving south to Orlando to go to Disney world. Guy was talking to me and wanted to know what he had to do to buy a pellet pistol or rifle. I said, pay me the money.

He could not believe it. He bought both. He was blown away that you could buy and actual rifle or shotgun and walk out with it the same day if you were an Alabama resident. His wife walked up during that discussion and she said "That's Horrible".....and sounded just like Edith Bunker.
He was too proud to be able to get both guns and shoot squirrels and crap in his yard and not have it documented with his state. This was 1991.
