💬 I'm not following Funnymaine any longer > caught on video inciting riots in Birmingham

@It Takes Eleven, @Sgt. Lincoln Osiris, @rick4bama, @50+yeartidefan,

If you didn't click the link in the Tweet you missed the April Fools joke. Several fell for it in his timeline.

So from what I'm reading in this thread.. Old people don't like him... young people like him.. Gotcha.
Thanks....i like him a lot so....yea! I am young once again.....the guy is great....period...
So he pulled for AU in roundball....a lot of bama fans root for AU on occasion..for all things "state of Alabama "......not me....but alot do ...and just the opposite also...
Big F'ing deal...period

Language, whether it's labeled vulgarity or profanity, doesn't offend me. I'll readily agree there's a time and place for everything. However, Jamaine has been praised for ...
no f words.
... in his act.

But, in public, for the world to see, here we are reading him telling others to "shut the fuck up." His act, publicized because of its "clean language," it's just that: merely an act.

Truth:

Might be...but I don’t use that or those words...but i have before...sometimes something just pops the f**k out....
One thing i have learned...in life ......exemplified by politics...
Things have no true DNA....they are just what people want them to be....

Plenty of savvy sports folks don't do politics of any kind. Jordan and Tiger stayed as far away from most social issues as they possibly could. They have both accumulated incredible wealth beyond anything they've actually earned in the games and tourneys they played. But a lot of athletes (like Lebron) feel just as strong about speaking up and he's getting close to Billionaire status too.

That said, debating the world on social media seems like a ridiculous thing to do. Pulling for the barner basketball team is survivable. Taking on all comers one Tweet at a time seems suicidal.

Yet Lars falls into the hole each time. Sometimes I wonder about that guy...

I used to love to talk about all those topics it was the fastest way to find out about a person. I no longer do that.
