🏈 I'm done

Ha, I'll ride this AU one into the ground. I survived Bowden's last year and Tuberville's last one. Not to mention the Dye era falling apart.

I am done with this season, however.

Bowden started 1-5 in 1998 was out of dodge before the next week. Do you think it could get bad enough for Chizik to be out before the season is over? Anyway, I feel your pain. I remember seasons like 1997, 2000, 2003, and 2004 quite well.

Not unless he decides to quit, which I doubt. Gouge won't allow a coaching change during the season

Duder, come on over guy. I will buy you a crimson hat & shirt as a welcoming gift. lol comon.

Sigh. The barn is burning and i've got a case of hot dogs. I'm enjoying this so much i almost can't stand myself.:hyper:
The very idea that they may actually go 0-8 SEC this year is only overshadowed by the fact that they may actually loose to Bama A&M or NM if not both!
Even them goobs over at AU famliy think that may even happen. I know cause i just spent the last 20 mins over thier laughing my ass off. Funniest stuff i've ever read.
It just goes to reafirm my point that they are a looser program that cannot win without cheating. Had a mediocore year in 09, then they bought a ringer of a QB for 10 win it all, and now that the kid is gone along with the big money boosters, & they are right back where they belong & deserve to be. In basment with ole miss & vandy.

Even Pat Dye & Barkley think they can't win. And God help them if even that old drunk has given up. Times are indeed hard for the barn. I knew it was true when i stoped @ a gas station today to use the restroom and found that the toilet paper had been replaced with 2 AU-UGA tickets.

Duder, your alright. i hate it for ya man. wse been there too. But if things don't improve....don't worry, you could always become a Troy Trojan fan.

(How smart is that dude from the opelika airport looking now?)

So for those of you who live in Alabama - how many people are wearing their orange/blue colors these days?

There are a few Auburn fans out here, I haven't run into them in a few weeks, I can only imagine how the conversation will go when that time comes - I live in a town of 12k north of Plano and there are at least 3 Auburn families in town that I know of.

I havent seen a ton of orange & blue at all this year, tho there are some "true" AU fans that still wear it with pride... seen a few that were wearing orange & blue a cpl years ago and are wearing crimson now. Those are the worst fans.

I remember a few years ago - Shula days - when it was about impossible not to run into an Auburn fan.

Guess that's why Sir Charles made his recent comment :)

"The three saddest days of my life were the day Elvis died, the day Michael Jackson died, and the day Mike Shula got fired."
