You know the scenario. Think about it for a second.

Runners are on second and third and the fielding team decides they're going to intentionally walk the next batter.

Welp, it happens...and this time to a team that couldn't be more deserving.

Last night, in the 13th inning with runners on second and third Auburn decides to walk the Ole Miss batter to load the bases. The pitch...a little close to the plate.

The ball? Found outside the fence after a three run homer to end the game.
 
Love it. I still remember the world series game in the seventies where the A's were ostensibly going to walk Johnny Bench on a 3-2 pitch and instead blew a fastball past him right down the pipe. It is things like that which make the IW something you go through, instead of just awarding the hitter first bse.
 
Anderson had been walked intentionally on his two previous ABs. There were some pitches on those two that came close to the plate so he was looking for it on the third.
