This is similar to the favorite players thread but I thought it would be fun to see who the most popular jerseys are.

I do not collect jerseys but if I had one, it would be number 4. No name on it but some of my favorite players wore it, Joey Jones was the first favorite of mine(during my lifetime) to wear 4. Then Prothro, in more recent years Barron.

Not sure if it's still the case, but for years 55 was given out by the coaches to a defensive player who showed heart, determination, etc.

it's signed by Stabler. and one day i hope to have it signed by Namath as well; maybe even McElroy (i have a #12 full-size helmet signed by him). it's be nice to have 3 national championship-winning quarterbacks who wore that number all sign the same jersey.
