My take on the firearms portion of it is that it expands the definition of a firearms dealer to include anyone selling mainly for a profit (a huge expansion), with a carve out for those seeking to improve their personal collections. Broadens the background check incidents, includes juvenile records (I think I saw a three day period for juvenile records), allows prospective employers to voluntarily use the system (provides a huge funding for the system). Provisions against smuggling internationally. Penalties if the dealer knowingly sells firearms or ammo that will be used in a felony (watch prosecutors play with that one). It goes on.

No provisions addressing performance of weapons (capacity, bump stock, etc.).

Didn’t matter to him if it was legal and now he would have the perfect monitoring tool over his 2nd amendment employees. Ironically this smacks of National Socialism as it was held as the ideal marriage of corporate and State.
