The way the offense is designed is similar, but not the way it is executed.

I can agree with the executed part if you mean Texas Tech is better at running it. But it is not "similar", it is the offense. Buy these DVDs then go to a clinic talk by Mike Leach. You will hear the same concepts and see the same drills.
