LSU.....essentially the only program in the state and the state is loaded with talent. Also state is adjacent to the hot-bed recruiting of Texas.
A&M has too many money men that want a say so in how the program is ran. Great facilities and really a cool school, but admin issues.
Awbrin.......historically they are only good when we are down. They will always be the red headed step child and why go head to head against Saban if yo don't have to?
LSU. They have the potential and just need some tweaking. Texas A&M is a dumpster fire and the coaching staff won't be there much longer. Auburn isn't on fire, but it's a dumpster. Their coaching staff is trying to warm their hands from the fire in the hot seat.
I might have to move PSU to the bottom right now. New allegations coming out that JoePed knew from as far back as 1971. Not sure I would want to be a part of that shitstorm. Even if it may have a little better job security.
Looking at 2016 and 2017 recruiting classes for SMU, it's 100% Texans. Guess he's trying to lock down the Texas' 2* and 3*.
One of our high school games last year a helicopter circled just before the game, it was Morris on a large recruiting trip around the metroplex (want to say he hit like 6 or 8 games that night based on what I read on twitter). He was looking at our RB who was already committed to Boise State. Not sure what the story was with that.
I would say TAMU, but @rammerjammer brings up a good point. LSU has no in-state rivals in recruiting, so it would be LSU or TAMU based on the original question. Gotta think the guy down in Houston gets the call over Morris for the next top 20 head coaching job.
