A little off topic, but I wonder how long we keep some of our coaches with the success we are having this year. Besides the kicking game and several defensive series, we have been impressive! The talking heads are blowing up Enos and Locksley a lot!

A lot of these guys were super successful before they got here. It's why coach selected them. For the few with a coordinator and head coach aspirations, this is finishing school, so probably not long. All I can say is that when that time comes coach Saban will take the same approach to his assistant coaches as he does to his players. He's still going after the 5*.

As long as this juggernaut continues to roll (no pun intended) CNS will lose a few coach's every year.

Contributing to winning under Saban is a golden ticket. We will lose coaches - guaranteed. However, he has a stable of coaches who are currently GAs that can step into theses roles plus there will always be high-powered coaches who need/want the visibility a Saban assistant gets. While I hate to see them go, I'm not worried.
