🏈 How early will you be in line at A-Day?

Last year me and a buddy came down and planned on coming to the RTB Tailgate but I saw that the lines were growing so we hopped in about 45 minutes to an hour before they opened the gate. I was probably the 40th person to go through the gate and we got great seats. My question is, especially if we fill it up again, how early will you be hopping in line to enter Bryant-Denny?

The game is really the least for the happenings. I will be in T-town by 8 in the am. I always park by the museum and walk around etc. I will lumber in early to get autographs etc.

The Wife likes to get in line 2 hour before the gate opens.. I usually join her in line about 20 minutes prior when she is yelling at me, but of course I come bearing gifts of new Alabama stuff for her, to make her forget she is mad Then i remind her she is mad as the gates open

My neighbor and I were supposed to go but he just canceled....so I'm not sure I'll be going either. If I were....it would be at the last minute....give me more time for tailgating!!!!.

I used to be one of those that had to get there before warm ups but that has changed with having kids. Now I get in as soon as I can which is around 20-30 minutes before kick off.

Thanks Guys! My mother and I are making the trip down there all the way from Ohio. This is our first A-day ever, thanks for all these tips! They are very helpful I want to make sure after we make the 10 hour drive that we get good seats and everything! Any other tips would be great!

The year of the record crowd (Saban's first), most of the RTB tailgate walked over not all that long before kickoff...maybe an hour or less before kickoff, if I remember correctly. Still got pretty good seats.

Btw, I'm gonna try to tape it since I can't be there. Is kickoff set for 2:00?

yes the kickoff starts at 2:00 so iam guessing brodcast starts around then not sure
