With all the CUM uncertainty and us winning the NCG, how did Florida haul in three 5-star recruits yesterday and we got none? I thought for sure we would have had a flood of commitments after winning the NCG but it looks like we got only one since. Whassup with that?

Our class is almost full. And in my opinion, our coaching staff has been finished with this class for a while. CJ Mosley told reporters that he made his mind up in November. We're only going to take 2-4 more, depending on Blake Sims.

If we have a surprise in this class, it'll be William Gholston.

I'm sure some of it has to do with our young, talented depth. UF is going through a reloading cycle. We are just starting our run.

haha.. i have saban's initials as coach -- CNS.. but i have never seen meyer's put the same way.. hehe... anyway.. i think the AD paid meyer to retract his statement until after signing day.. yea i know, probably not.. BUT.. it would probably stand as motive in a court of law..

Gholston is the DE prospoect that is listed as a "strong verbal" to Michigan State. Are you saying there is a chance he might de-commit and come here?

Also, is Blake Sims the guy that de-committed on us?

Yes, and yes.

I expect Sims to recommit after his official visit.

I don't know if there's a good chance of Gholston flipping, I'm just saying that IF we get someone that we don't expect, it'll be him.

As it stands now, Sims will be on campus next weekend for his official. He'll probably still visit UT and UGA, but I have the impression now that he will sign with Bama.
