Absolutely! I've got Eli coming through the Bluetooth sound bar under my 60" HDTV. I have to sync up the play by pausing the TV at the start but I get it pretty darn close. Much better then listening to those two butcher names and teams. It is a much more enjoyable situation. However I will listen to the ESPN announcers during their broadcasts of Alabama.
For years I have used a laptop and free software from www.daansystems.com/radiodelay To sync up the radio sound with the tv picture
You need a laptop or computer with audio (mic) in usually a 3.5 mm port
And Audio, out again on mine it is 3.5 mm ear phone jack
Tune any radio with a 3.5 mm earphone jack to whatever station carries the game…
Connect a 3.5 mm audio cable in the earphone jack (audio out) on the radio and plug it into the microphone (audio in ) port on the lap top.
Then do the same from the audio out on the laptop to the audio in on your sound bar or surround sound.
Run the software on your laptop which provides a time delay slide bar so you can adjust the radio sound with the TV picture.
Has worked great for me for years.
RTR
I just use the pause on Direct TV and play the radio till it catches up. I have to adjust it a few times during the game because the delay changes at half time or time outs. So the delay must vary according to what is going on. Maybe the censors are pausing the game to stop the cuss words.
Ha thats awesome. Yea I wish there was a built in option that synced up. I am so tired of that ole fart Verne. Hes been bad for years but he straight up ruins games now.
