Spring practice is officially underway across the NCAA for the 2012 collegiate football season. Very few coaches can say their jobs were made or broken this time of the year: except maybe Mike Price.

There are a handful of coaches that are presently employed by SEC schools that need—no make that must—make something of this years spring camp in order to be in the same position next season: employed by the same school.

Along with those men, there are a few ex-SEC coaches who have been here before and felt relief from the heat a few months later. Ironically, it was the term "fired" that removed them from the heat.

Here's a brief look at which coaches are on the proverbial "Hot Seat" for the 2012 season.
