I'm an hour or so away from taking some black sea bass I caught...thawing now. Gonna coat it in a Panko little mix...on a bun. With tartar sauce from those pickles.

Vlasic is close. Not quite there for the "crunch." But, close.

I want one for the spears, the other for the hamburger/ dill chips.
