Exactly. Not every piece of leadership has to be acknowledged as 'this is how we do things', and it is just by being who we are.

Legitimately half of the people I see working at stadiums with "event staff" shirts on are extremely old (likely retirees). The majority of them are doing something in "hospitality." There's a lady that has been the coaches/media elevator operator (at Troy) for the past six years that has to sit in a chair to do it because she can't stand up for more than a few minutes.
