He takes a lot of heat on twitter from the OSU fan base. Tip of the cap to him, he is pretty straight forward. In 2010, he beat the drum for Auburn early and stated that they would be a force, and ended up looking like Nostradamus when all was said and done.

He has abandoned his Homer roots which is the correct thing to do as an analyst and is the best analyst in college football now. As you can imagine he moved to Nashville to get away from the Ohio State fans harassing him for not continuing to baby the Buckeyes.

I listened to an Aggie at work tell me about ESPN bias with regards to the Longhorns (I'll say it again, he's an Aggie talking about the Longhorns...little brother syndrome). I told him to look at how much ESPN spends on all the conferences...they are biased to their own media empire...not to a team.
