It's safe to assume that's out the window. There's only a few reasons you get moved to higher security.

Having gone to several DUI crashes resulting in death including two that were inside screaming while vehicle was fully engulfed I cannot grasp him being let out in 10 months, but if the court sees fit to do then so be it
