At 7am, tornado sirens started up, woke everyone up and we got into the bathroom in the center of our house. The kids and I got to say happy mothers day in close quarters

Oh yeah, the tornado sirens went off due to high wind, which I clocked gust to 40mph at my house. Almost irresponsible of them to use them for that in my opinion.

How's that for a memorable mothers day wake up call.

Took my momma to the Georgia Aquarium today. She was really enjoying it with the grandkids.

If you need another reason to hate the Viles; the last time they beat Coach Bryant, 1982, some of their boosters put up a billboard on I-40 just before you get to Knoxville with Coach Bryant's picture, the score of the game and these words, "I wish I could call my momma."

@planomateo, glad it turned out to be just gusty wind and not anything any worse. Agree that is irresponsible use of a tornado siren.
