🏈 Has anyone seen these Commemorative Coke Cans yet?

Meh. Its a can. These are not as of a big deal (if at all) in the 2000's than they were back in the 60's and 70's. I'm sure we could look around the web and find hundreds of commemorative swag for 2015 champs. Its just too easy now for anything to be special.

Also, back then, you could buy one bottle of Coke and put it in your swag(never did personally, not much of a collector). They are only selling this in a 6 pack, so more about pushing product than any kind of memorabilia. Most who collected the bottles never opened them. Cans can be dangerous, if they are not opened and get too warm.

i was wondering about these, but more so about the golden flake collectible tin. i'm still waiting on word of those.

i'd also like the bottles more than the cans. they released them for the 2009 championship (and possible for 2011, as well) and would like to get those more than the cans.

To expound on the Coke can, a friend of mine had a commemorative Braves can of Coke, from their only title. He had it sitting on the shelf of his computer desk. This is like 20 years later. He had left his back curtains open on a window nearby. Got home, had just sat down to eat, heard a strange sound, next thing he knew, the damned thing exploded. Imagine trying to get 20 year old Coke out of everything within 10 feet, including the back of your head. Also said he shat himself a little.

I've got some coke cans from our 2009 championship and some of them have already exploded. I don't know why. They are sitting on the top shelf in our pantry where it is always room temp.

As long as we have hot weather, we will have crash can!:( I have a coke can with a car dealer name on it from Montgomery that I got from the fair in '94. It's still full, but my 2009 can is crash :headscratch:

I wish I still had all the Bama and Bear Bryant bottles I had when I was a kid.

I still have a 6-pack of those bottles. Brought them with me when my parents sold their house last year. They'd been sitting in the back of my bedroom closet for probably 35 years. Some of the bottles contain quite a bit less Coke now than others. I bet they taste really nice.

they were giving out singles of the coke zero cans saturday at the celebration.

and i'm still wondering about the golden flake tins. i sent them a message last wednesday but haven't heard back yet.

"Beginning in mid-February, Golden Flake will sell a tin container with the UA championship logo on the front and 2015 season results on the back."
