That's not the case.
The only thing the SECN has a hand in is which days each school has and that's not really under their control this year. They had a "draft" on Finebaum's show determining which school has which date.
The details can be found in ESPN's Press Releases under their "Media Zone" section. The way this year was set up was published/released the second week of this month. I want to say it was around the 15th...maybe a few days earlier than that.
Each school has its own control room now and all of them are heavily involved in creating the programming for the SECN. There were 350 or so students involved this year.
