Happy (late) Thankgiving folks...yes, we fry our Turkey.

Have you ever noticed the news always shows how badly people can screw up frying Turkey but never show the right way?

One of the best I've had ... guy used Dreamland BBQ sauce for his injections.

I must have seen 4 or 5 different "fried turkey gone bad" videos this past week. One, the guy had some kind of juice in a pan he dumped into the boiling oil and, of course, up in flames it went.

Looks like PurlJam did it the right way. Looks delish.

It was. I pan seared it in one of my cast iron skillets and finished it off in the oven.
