Yes better cheese and something fresh to cut the fat is definitely needed. Thought that was caviar but saw it was a truffle sauce the second time I watched it. Bit too much cheese for me too.

I did too thinking "mayo and caviar." That lead to...

It's too much of everything for me. The bun is what caught my attention.

Doesn't McDonald's use three pieces of bread with the Big Mac? One in the middle like a club sandwich? (It's been more than a quarter of a century and I've only eaten one in my life.) That's where my mind went.

Whatever...that order should keep the bottom bun dry versus soggy.

Latitudes in key west, imo. Hog fish is good as well for seafood and El Siboney is good cuban.

For dinner make sure you get reservations at Latitudes.

Thank you sir. I'll be down there the 2nd week in May. Our PTBs decided we would have our annual Ops meeting in Fort Lauderdale. Going to head down and spend a day in the keys after our meetings.

No problem, lot to see in a day and the keys are pretty different from key largo to key west, just different vibe I guess.
