šŸˆ Great Photo of Sanders and The Director of Rehab Who Worked On His Recovery

Sanders was my breakout player this year. There was one thread where we were throwing out crazy predictions and I said Sanders gets 2000 yards. Now I know that is crazy but the point was if he can come back healthy and stay healthy he can have a great year. Last year before the injury he was so fluid as a runner.

You’re so right … he’s got that kind of talent. If he were the featured back like Henry in 2015 with that same offense, he’d definitely be capable of hitting that mark. With Young and what’s now the ā€œnewā€ Bama offense, getting 1,200 yards will be an outstanding feat.

He's had some really tough luck though in his sort time at UA.... from missing his first year with the foot fracture to the car wreck that could have killed him (broken hip, punctured lungs, spleen damage, kidney damage, etc...). It's really quite remarkable that he is back so quick, really even back at all. Guess it's a testament to both him and UA's rehab staff. There was an article on him out today that went into some of that and the staff credited him for his recovery, and he credited them.
