Does anyone have any new information on Hill? He is still on the roster according to the university website. Has he officially left the team? I hate to lose his experience and talent. Saban may have an official word tomorrow but I thought I would ask.

Grant Hill has many issues medical and other. He is not in Football shape and will likely not be starting, playing or any of the like.

He no longer plays basketball but he is in the new ownership group of the Atlanta Hawks.

I have never seen so many cryptic posts and speculations about a player on every Bama board out there.

Everyone seems to agree he's not in playing shape, so we may as well forget him on the OL depth chart for this season.

I'm thinking this question will be answered for certain this week. With practice starting tomorrow Saban will be holding his first press conference in the next 24 hours I'd expect. Roster moves, transfers, etc., ... seems to me like he normally addresses those in the first presser. So, seems we'd hear "officially" soon.

I guess. The thing I find interesting is I've never seen discretion to this extent on any team.

Whatever it is, it can't be as bad as what everyone is probably imagining due to the secrecy of the situation.
