This may not come as a huge surprise to anyone, but there were only 3 players from BAMA's team (Gilberry, Castille, and DJ Hall) that were invited to the NFL combines. The talent deficiency at Alabama is nearing an end though my friends...

In two or three years, I don't want the newcomers getting too good and leaving early, but if that just happens to be the case, I'm sure there will still be some good hosses left in the stables.

It will be great to have some depth again.

So Brown, Caddell, and Mustin weren't? Sad to hear..

No, and that really isn't a surprise. They will get a chance at UA's Pro-Day to show what they can do, but they will not be in Indy.

if i had to guess id say Caddell, Brown, & Mustin will get a shot with the new Alabama pro team.

Maybe so. That would be great to see them again. Of those three the only one that has NFL talent is probably Keith Brown, yet he won't make it. From all appearances he didn't want to do what it takes in college, so forget about the work ethic required for a shot in the NFL.

Do all of those guys have their degrees? Thats a requirement for the new league.

I know Caddell and Mustin do. Not sure about Brown.

What? You obviously don't listen to the national media. It's clearly Saban's fault.
