🏈 good write up on ingram and his combine prep

I'm hearing from one of Julio's family members that in training, Julio has been running the 40 faster than most of the scouts believe he currently does. He expects to impress. Also, I haven't seen it mentioned, but word is he has signed a million dollar endorsement deal with Under Armour.

Why did the Birmingham News make such a huge deal about Cammy Juice getting that same endorsement from Under Armour, and not even a peep about Julio Jones? Size of the deal? Heisman status? Plain old Birmingham News Bias?

Since he is allready in NO, I sure wish he would be around when the Saints got their draft pick. They need a running back anyway.

My guess is size of the deal, Heisman and reigning champ. Cam signed the biggest deal since the Bush/Adidas deal. But, good for Julio. He's worked hard and had taken a ton of flack at times.

If Julio and Mark show great 40 times they're draft stock skyrockets. If Julio shows hands like he showed off as a frosh with his size, and if the 40 reports are true, I like him over AJ Greene. Ingram clearly has a good work ethic, passable hands and great vision. If he adds a higher top end speed we stand the real shot of 5 in-state players being drafted in the top 10-15.

If he falls that far I really like Julio to New England. They need a big receiver to help stretch the field. He's got the size and is a good downfield blocker, that would translate well for New England.
