It not like last year game, where the game was the last one. Know that check in is around 3 pm cst. I got a little panicky about not getting to watch the Bama game, it being at 2 pm this time. But this year my daughter with to the Key West Motel and spoke to the owner about coming in early this Saturday. So Saturday we will be checking in a 1 pm. So Now I will get to watch the whole game and not listen to it on the radio.

I may add some clarity... game time (Eastern Time) will be 3pm Kick off will be around 3-330. Key West is most probably in the Eastern time zone and no one should worry about the 2PM game ti inme (that is Central Time which is a hour different from Eastern 3Pm ET is the same as 2PM CT.
now if you are there from 1PM you can order in, go to the pool, have a massage well before the game kicks off.

Sorry if this is confoozed, it the motel not the place in Fla. Dang if I travel to that place ,I should go to the game. I live hour and half form Hot Atlanta.

Ricky I'm curious you sit on the bed and watch TV... the chair?
Last year I sit in a chair, and this year will be the same. No Terry I don't sit in my underwear either.:D You can get that out of your head!:rolf: My wife will be trying to sleep in the bed.

Where are you going to be Rick? I might just stop by.:-)

I wish I could be in the great state of Alabama to watch the game. It would be at my daddy's house in Abbeville Al.

Damn. So you rent a hotel room just to have the cable access to watch the big playoff games?

That's dedication, right there.

Guys, we gotta figure something out to get this guy AT LEAST some better Web Access and a Sling account, or something....

Rick, do you at least get decent cell coverage? If so, what about T-mobile? They have unlimited 4G (high-speed) plans. So maybe if they do work in your area, you could get a Sling account, and get a patch cable to run from the phone to the TV...

Thanks! but I try the Sling, it eat up to much bandwidths and I only get 20 gigabytes a month. I have HughesNet and this is the best I can get out in the country. Anyway Guys this is really a Christmas gift from the wife.

That spot is downtown, which is dead town. Most of the business is on the 431 by pass. I don't really live in Roanoke, I live in the county.

There's a LOT of pink in the Roanoke surrounding area.. I zoomed it out a bit for you to give you an idea. So if you're not closer to Wadley, I think you'd be good. Most wireless carriers have AT LEAST a 2-week trial period. It's worth a shot to try it out and see if it works. It sounds crazy, but you'd get much better bandwidth with that tiny phone than you would with that huge dish on your roof. I have AT&T, and I tried Sling for a bit while out and about away from my home's WiFi (my 4G is NOT unlimited) and it worked fine for me. AT&T and T-Mobile work on the same technology (GSM). In fact, T-Mobile uses AT&T towers.
