Anyone here have their gameday quirks that must be adhered to?

Mine started fairly innocently. I wear the same shirt until Auburn loses. At that point, I retire that shirt only on gameday. As you can imagine, after the 2008 and 2009 season I now have quite the collection.

This year I added eating yogurt to my gameday agenda. After breakfast I eat a cup of vanilla Greek yogurt with honey and walnuts or almonds in it. During the Arkansas game I added the tradition of eating more Greek yogurt, this time with fruit in it, during the game. It must be Greek yogurt or it doesn't count! I know, it is random and weird.

I know some of you guys do some goofy crap on gameday so what is it?

There's a once-worn Bama t-shirt in my drawer that I haven't touched since I put it on the morning of the South Carolina game. I've looked at it several times and thought how silly it is not to wear it but I cannot bring myself to put it on. Shame too, I really like the shirt. Not sure when I'll wear it again.

I have no control over what is going on in a game that I am not playing in. Now when I played, that is another subject. Just not very superstitious about watching sports..

You're right, you don't.

It's a fact that the 'only' external influence is my wife's lucky Alabama shirt, which she did not wear when we played South Carolina since she was in Florida visiting her mother.

lol glad I can wear what I want then:td:......have a friend on FB that tells what he is doing to his outfit as the game progresses...he was going commando by the end of the SC game..

We touched on this when I got the new jersey. I have enjoyed having two; one for Fridays and one for Game Day. But I haven't worn the new one on a game day yet. I'm not sure I did anything differently when we lost to South Carolina. I KNOW I KNOW I KNOW, it's not me or anything I do. It's a sickness. I KNOW!!!!
