Well the good news is we have DEs and OLBs in spades. If any position can afford to lose someone it's there. I really hate it for the players. There can't be much worse for a football player than to get hurt a week before the season.

Evans will really be missed when we face the wide open, HUNH offenses. Fortunately, I don't think we will see anything like a Johnny Football or a Nick Marshall lead spread option this year.

Not determined yet, the results aren't even back from his MRI so there is absolutely no way to know that yet. The initial review of his knee sounded serious but until Dr. Insert name says all clear it's best to be on the side of caution.
