Oh, I'm not giving on anything. This is football. And this is the way the game is played and the way the chips fall. Yeah we lost today. So what. It's one game. But the schedule is bitch with a whole buncha Ole Misses just waiting for their revenge.... cue the Hogs!! LOL.

The measure of a man or team isn't when everything is going good but what he/they do when it's not so good. I thoroughly believe that no one can beat us except us and we proved that today. We should have beat them but we didn't. BRING ON THE HOGS!

i gotta say, all this week i've had an uneasy feeling. no matter how much i read or saw about how well we were doing at practice or how well we were prepared i just had this feeling.....

@RollTideRandy this was the 2 nd time in the history of the AP poll that 4 out of the top 6 have lost on the same Saturday according to Rece Davis from ESPN.

Oh well, we were outplayed. Kudos to Ole Miss, their D looked like Bama out there today. We've been blessed the last few years so I guess we can't complain. I sure hope we can win out and somehow get into the playoff, but I'm not very confident in that. Roll Tide and keep the chin up. We have no reason to feel anything but pride in this program.

I take back everything I said about Ole Miss this past week. Well, everything except the part about hating them, that part's still true.

I sure dread seeing the Ole Miss fans next week. I'm thankful none of the seven I know thought enough about their team's chances to bet on them. Wish I hadn't been so sure with my Bamabucks wager as well.

Just want to point out that for this game, and the Auburn game, a lot of posts here, and a lot of news articles, were cocky. Like there was no way Auburn or Ole Miss (especially Ole Miss) could beat us. I think we got cocky. We underestimated them as fans.

I can't speak for the team but this game has had me nervous since before the season began. I think a lot of us saw it as a trap game.

We still have a shot at the playpffs. Win out, win the SEC championship, hope Auburn and FSU and Miss State lose, and pray your heart out lol.

Went to the Miss State game today. They were pulling for us. We just didn't get it done. Maybe we will get better. Got to keep the faith

i think we'll have to dominate.....not just win, but DOMINATE.....the rest of our opponents to get a shot at the playoffs or even the SEC championship game.

we'll probably drop out of the top 10 in both polls, probably between 12-15, so we need to absolutely dominate our remaining opponents and leave no doubt for any of the voters.
