šŸˆ FWIW, we've got three teams in Championship contention / competition this weekend...

I was at gymnastics last night and had a great time outside of all that UGA barking. I think I even heard it in my sleep. I'm SO glad they won't be there today. It was SO funny to hear their name called out in fifth place. A Yankee team, Ohio State, beat them out.....LOL.

My daughter and I will be there again today to cheer them on. Alabama was the ONLY team that didn't fall on anything. Not one fall. Yikes, can they do that again today? It was great winning last night but gotta do it again tonight when it matters. Roll Tide! I want another national championship. :a:

The crowd got its rendition of "Rammer Jammer" at the end last night. I find that hilarious!!!

Yep, the weird thing is no one seemed to know who to sing it to. Some seemed to be saying Hey Gators. My daughter then said everyone was saying Hey Auburn....I guess it's always proper to say Hey Auburn whether they were there or not. :icon_lol: Suppposedly Utah donned their "We hate SEC" shirts after the meet. Had I known that I would definitely have been singing Hey Utah.

BTW, Andrew Luck was a section or two over from us. He kept staring at our band in almost disbelief. Our band was the only one there (thanks Mal!), and they were impressive. I kept wanting to go over to Andrew and let him know that's just how we do things in the South, specifically at Alabama.:a:

Marc Torrance is the guy who first spotted those shirts. It hit twitter for a bit. One tweet was "Best...Compliment...Ever."

I do agree.

There are pics out there...if I come across one and remember I'll post it in this thread.

Sarah made a comment or two about the band being there. Within the rules we were allowed 25 I believe and there was some sort of fund raising effort, if I'm not mistaken, to get them there. (Not that long of a trip, mind you)
